All-Ink.Com - Avoid Them
I ordered ink from All-Ink.com on line. They did not ship. I tried calling both numbers on their web site and both are disconnected. No response to me emails. I find another ink supplier and my credit card company gives me a temporary credit and lets All-Ink.com have 60 days to respond to my complaint. Then a month later they ship my ink - BUT they cut the upper left corner of the shipping invoice off so I cannot see the street address to return the ink. I am still looking for heir return street address. Awful experience,

No will return my call,fax,or e-mail for wrong item
I ordered on line from all-ink.com printer supplies a compatible laser toner. I got a response back they had processed my order and would be sending it out. It took two weeks for it to arrive and when it did it was the wrong toner for my printer. I have tried to contact them for an exchange, but I have been unable to get anyone but automation from their phone service. I fax them a copy of my order, it is always busy. I E-Mailed them on their site at several places and still no response. I have been trying to reach anyone alive. I am returning their toner for credit. I would advise you not use this web site to order anything, because of no contact back when a problem arises.

I have tried to contact this company numerous times to get a tracking update on my recent order (It's been three weeks with no product). Both customer phone numbers on their website go nowhere (Funny, their site states "Premium Customer Service" on the top banner.)... Emailing is another waste of time...This company has literally no customer service!...I figure, if this company has no method of communicating with their customer base then they must be a FRAUD...Oh, I must mention that their online shopping cart works quite well for purchasing an item...the money transaction went very quickly...I do not recommend this ridiculous company.--JBAR
